What KIT-Engage is
KIT-Engage is an audience-engagement and workflow tool operated by KeepItTechie. It supports YouTube comment management, viewer-feedback organization, response preparation, posting queue visibility, and engagement analytics for authorized operators.
Google and YouTube data accessed
KIT-Engage uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services to access YouTube channel information needed for engagement workflows. Depending on the configured workflow, the application may access upload metadata, video identifiers and titles, YouTube comments, replies, comment authors as provided by YouTube, like counts, timestamps, and posting/authentication status needed to verify authorized YouTube write access. How data is used
Google user data is used only to provide or improve KIT-Engage's user-facing functionality. The application uses YouTube data to sync comment history, identify comments that may need attention, prepare draft responses, schedule operator-controlled posting workflows, record posting outcomes, evaluate reply examples, and present operational analytics.
Storage and retention
KIT-Engage stores application data in its configured database. The current production datastore is MariaDB. Stored records can include synced video metadata, comments, reply drafts, posting queue records, posted reply history, model usage events, reply examples, reply feedback, commenter profiles, and sync checkpoints. Data is retained for operational continuity and auditability unless removed through an operator-managed maintenance or deletion process.
OAuth credentials and tokens
KIT-Engage uses OAuth credentials and a refresh token to support authorized YouTube access. The application does not display raw access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, database passwords, or environment files in public browser responses. Operators can revoke the Google grant from the relevant Google Account security settings or Google third-party access controls at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Sharing
KIT-Engage is operated for KeepItTechie/KIT workflows. Application data is not sold. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers required to run the application, database, Google/YouTube APIs, and configured AI or hosting services used by the existing backend workflow.
Security
Access to operator pages is intended to be protected by a trusted reverse proxy such as Cloudflare Access. The application is designed to keep sensitive values out of browser responses and to use server-side configuration for credentials. No security program can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free protection.
Deletion and contact
To request deletion or ask questions about KIT-Engage data practices, contact [email protected]. Operators may also revoke Google access through Google Account controls.

This policy may be updated as KIT-Engage changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
